How are your eating habits these days? Are you finding yourself eating too much late at night in front of the TV, or mindlessly munching while you sit in your car on the commute?
Eating right is just as important as exercising regularly when it comes to healthy weight loss.
One great way to help yourself get on the weight loss track more efficiently is by keeping a daily food diary (dfd). The dfd can help you keep track of exactly what you’re eating, and when you’re eating it.
As well, you can write down what you were feeling when you were eating said item (such as, I felt happy so I had a piece of cake, or I felt depressed and I ate some ice cream). Now you can really map out what is making you eat the things you eat.
Dfd’s have been studied thoroughly and have been proven to help people lose weight, and more importantly, keep it off!
So if you’re feeling unmotivated and need a little jump start on your weight loss journey, start keeping a dfd and see how it can help you.
