Drink Your Water

Are you getting enough liquids throughout the day?

Did you wake up and have water, or coffee/tea/ juice?

While you may not feel thirsty, your body does need quite  a lot of water every day. And even though it may sometimes feel like hunger, your body may be trying to tell you something.

Here is a little indication of why you need to drink plenty of H2O:

  • Your body is made up of approximately 60% water
  • Your muscles are made up of around 70% water
  • Bones contain around 20% water

Staying hydrated is one of the best ways to help you lose weight and stay healthy. Drinking water regularly gives you a fuller feeling, especially if you drink some right before eating.
