Go for a walk, raise money for the BC Epilepsy Society; not a bad deal.

If you want to show off your walking skills or just support others in doing it, here is a great event being hosted by Cindy from my group fitness classes at Genesis Athletic Club.

What: Cindy’s 5K Poker Walk

When: Sunday, May 30th at 8:30am

Where: Kerrisdale Arena, West 41st and East Blvd, Vancouver
