Partner Training- Get Fit with a Friend

Have you ever had the benefit of training with a friend or partner?

Not only is it fun, but it’s a great way to try out some new exercises that you might not have tried before.

I had the privilege of training one of my favorite clients tonight, along with her friend who was visiting from out-of-town. My client got to show her friend all the great things she was working on with me, and they got to have a lot of fun doing it at the same time. It just flew by!

Partner training is a great way to stay in shape while also connecting with a friend or loved one.

Not only that, but it cuts down the cost of a one-on-one personal training session and each client gets to pay half.
