Have you ever tried a cleanse? Want to drop a few pounds quickly and still “eat” healthy?

Here is an interesting idea, it’s a juice cleanse.

    I’ve always wanted to try it…but I’m worried I’d starve to death! 😉

      You just might! The article states that it’s important to ingest enough fiber as that is taken away from the fruits and veg when you puree them. I’m not sure about doing that when you’re nursing either; might want to look into that.
