- Walking lunges
- Bench squats (use a picnic or park bench)
- Bench push ups
- Curb calf raises
- Pull ups (playground equipment)
- Jogging on the spot or around a track/trail
- Squat jumps
- side shuffles
Try to do 2-3 sets of 15 for each exercise. Try interspersing a cardio burst between each exercise, like a 30 second jumping jack.
Being outside while you work out is so enjoyable- you can admire the beauty of your location as well as enjoying some fresh air and a breeze.
