It gets pretty confusing trying to figure out what is best for your body and your needs, doesn’t it?
Try to keep things in perspective and realize what it is your looking for. Weight loss? Muscle tone? Firmer arms or legs? What you want and what you need are not going to be attained by what a magazine article written for the masses is going to give you.
Remember, calories in needs to be less than calories out if you want to lose weight.
