When was the last time you thought about what your body actually wanted to eat?
After a long sleep, a workout, or a hard day of mental thought at the office, what does your body need to fuel back up and give you the energy you need to not only exist, but to thrive?
Foods we often crave can be salty, sweet, sour, hot, cold, liquid, solid…it varies. But even if your body says “give me something sweet,” is that what it’s really telling you?
