What the Heck is the TRX??

If you’ve been in a gym lately,  you may have seen some yellow and black straps with handles hanging from a beam or other stable surface lately.

So what are these yellow straps, and how can you use them?

The TRX Suspension Training System is a newer fitness tool that has been infiltrating gyms and personal training facilities for the past year or so.

This device is very versatile, portable, and open to use for absolutely anyone. Don’t like weights? Give the TRX a try. Want to work out at the playground while your kids play? Again, give it a try.

Here a couple of videos to give you an idea of what you can do on the TRX. Remember, beginners can do much more basic exercises, but as you progress, the options are endless for how hard you can make your workout.
